School Project and Sales Support
Role Overview
As a School Project and Sales Support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of projects and sales processes. You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing multiple school projects, and assisting with sales activities to drive business growth and onboard new schools. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring school project timelines and deliverables. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing school databases, and coordinating sales meetings.
- Support sales activities, including lead generation and qualification of schools, prospect tracking, marketing material management, and responding to customer queries and bid administration, before partaking in a smooth handoff of a qualified lead.
- Clear Communication across teams: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations between teams across the business.
- Lead Engagement and Evaluation: Contact schools via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs, pain points, and level of interest and then review and assess the school, qualifying in the process.
- CRM Management: Accurately log and update lead information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions and notes are documented for the sales team.
- Reporting and presenting: Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and qualification rates. Using the data to provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and qualification processes. Additionally suggest improvements to scripts, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Degree Education or equivalent
- Experience: 2+ years’ experience as a language teacher.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess lead quality and prioritise effectively.
