School Support Executive – Customer Service

leader, with nearly 10,000 schools trusting Jigsaw programmes, and a growth strategy to reach even more schools, teachers and children.

As a School Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our schools, providing exceptional support and assistance. This will ultimately play a crucial role in driving customer retention and revenue growth. You will work collaboratively with our Partnership Managers, Renewals Team, Regional Advisors, and Programme Leads to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We offer award winning support and outstanding service to our schools based in the UK and internationally. Training and on-going coaching are provided, and experience of teaching Jigsaw programmes is desirable, but not essential. You will be joining an experienced team who are passionate about communicating and proactively building relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts both over the phone and by email.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond accurately to enquiries from schools via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with schools and multi-academy trusts to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Jigsaw programmes through training and how they can positively impact the lives of children.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work in alignment with our Partnership Managers and Regional Advisors.
  • Dedicated to achieving an outstanding level of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our products and services.

KEY RESULTS/OBJECTIVES

  • Build relationships with, and support schools, taking responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • On occasion, visit our Flagship schools and take part in Roadshows and events.
  • Liaise with schools that are not actively using the Jigsaw programmes to address any problems and provide solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Teaching experience with a good knowledge and understanding of how PSHE and RE are taught in schools.
  • Prior experience teaching the Jigsaw programmes is desirable.
  • Minimum Maths and English GCSE.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
