We are looking for caring and enthusiastic musicians who want to use their teaching skills to make a difference to some of the most vulnerable adults in our communities.

Musical Moments delivers interactive and stimulating music-based activity sessions to Care Homes and Community groups. We use music to support and stimulate those living with Dementia, to tackle depression and loneliness in older adults, to support adults of any age living with disabilities and to provide an activity that carers and family members can join in with and enjoy too.

More than half our team including our Managing Director have made the move from education into franchising with Musical Moments as the skills transfer perfectly. Our sessions are designed carefully with input from Music and Physical Therapists so our clients will get the most mental and physical benefits from the sessions and you don’t have to spend hours planning.

We provide all the training you need and we’ll look after the website and social media Marketing among other things so you can concentrate on the actual delivery of your sessions. Using a franchise model means you get to run your own business for yourself and build the relationships in your local area, but you get the benefit of not starting from scratch and having an ongoing support network around you.

If you’re a teacher, former teacher or Head of Department, you may already have many of the skills you need to build a successful Little Voices business.

Little Voices uses drama and singing to help children and young people aged 4–18 develop confidence for life. Our small-group lessons create a supportive environment where every child can be seen, heard and encouraged to be themselves.

Pupils also have the opportunity to work towards recognised LAMDA qualifications as they progress, with higher grades carrying UCAS points.

As a Little Voices franchisee, it’s an opportunity to take everything you’re good at – working with children, communicating with families, planning, organising and bringing out the best in people – and use it to build something of your own.

There are opportunities beyond regular weekly lessons too, including working with schools and running holiday activities.

You don’t need a performing arts background, and you can choose whether you teach lessons yourself, build a team of tutors to deliver them, or combine the two as your business grows. And because our regular lessons run midweek after school, there are no weekend classes to work around.
