We want to interview teachers that have inspiring career stories to share with our audience. Topics might include;

• A successful pivot out of teaching into a new career
• The setting up of a business either whilst teaching or post teaching
• Your journey out of teaching so far
• How you have diversified your income whilst teaching
• Successful career progression within teaching

Sending us your Interview

We do not have the capacity to interview you over the phone. Instead we ask you write your interview and submit it to us. To get an idea of the kind of questions we like, please read the list below;

• Whats your background in teaching?
• Why did you decide to embark on a new career?
• Where did the idea of your business come from? What is the USP?
• What barriers did you face?
• How have your teaching skills helped you?
• What new skills have you developed?
• What do you relish about your new role?
• Who has inspired you on your career journey?
• What are your three top pieces of advice for someone wanting to do something similar?

When you send your answers to us it’s always nice to send a photo of you or any other images you’d like us to consider including. If we decide to publish your story we’ll let you know when it will be published. Send us your interview.

On the day of publishing we share your interview across our large social media networks, and continue sharing on Twitter every couple of weeks or so – helping people to find you and ensuring your story has longevity.
