Renewals Executive
At Jigsaw Education Group we believe that all children deserve to grow up happy and healthy, with the life skills to understand themselves and the world around them and be prepared for the opportunities and challenges of adult life.
We do that by supporting schools with the holistic development of their students, by providing comprehensive PSHE and RE programmes for schools along with expert training and support, so that teachers are prepared and confident to deliver these difficult to teach topics. We are already the market leader, with nearly 10,000 schools trusting Jigsaw programmes, and a growth strategy to reach even more schools, teachers and children.
As a Renewals Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and revenue growth. You will work as part of a team to renew Jigsaw programmes for our existing schools, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will work collaboratively with our Partnership Managers, School Support, Regional Advisors, and Programme Leads to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We offer award winning support to our schools and whilst your main priority will be renewals, you will be close to the School Support team in delivering outstanding service for our schools based in the UK and internationally. Training and on-going coaching are provided, and experience of teaching Jigsaw programmes is desirable, but not essential. You will be joining an experienced team who are passionate about communicating and proactively building relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts over the phone, online meetings and by email. Occasional in person school visits likely.
