On-Course Staff
About the role
Dates: Course dates between end of June 2026 and end of August 2026
Pay: £515 – £960 per week. Dependant on varying hours and responsibilities
Additional Benefits: Enhanced DBS provided (if required). Note – accommodation and some meals are included for certain roles.
Working pattern: Saturday to Saturday, hours varying per role on a shift pattern with potential overnight duties. 1 day off per week.
We’re looking for enthusiastic staff members to lead by example and deliver exciting, safe, and memorable experiences. You will bring confidence and spark to every moment. With a wide range of different roles available this summer, including pastoral and managerial positions, there is a role for everyone.

- Safeguarding and Welfare Manager – Residential (Oxford, Cambridge, Harrow)
- Safeguarding and Welfare Coordinator – Residential (Oxford or Cambridge)
- House Parent/Senior House Parent – Residential (Harrow)
- Activity and Excursions Manager/Activity Manager – Residential (Oxford, Cambridge, Harrow)
- Activity Coordinator – Residential (Oxford or Cambridge)
- Activity Leader – Non-Residential (Oxford, Cambridge, Harrow)
- Academic Coordinator – Residential (Harrow)
- Study Coordinator – Non-Residential (Oxford or Cambridge)
