Sales-Marketing Communicator

The person we want to meet and work with is a positive, confident communicator with a
business and sales skill set, who is experienced in working in schools, confident with
technology, enthusiastic about education innovation and ed-tech, and is determined to achieve
positive business outcomes.

The work we need to have done is marketing and facilitating sales, seeking out marketing
opportunities, making direct contact with schools, working with us to extend the strategies we
use to make connections to our market, contributing to the business teamwork.

What we can offer is the opportunity to join a small team start-up business which is at the point
of developing and extending sales, that has a high quality product, that has huge market
potential, that has plans for significant sales and product development in 2026, that will make a
significant contribution to the delivery of core learning skills for classroom and SEN systems and
that is forefront in making assessment systems equitable and effective for teachers and pupils.
The work is remote for 1-2 days a week, offered, at this time, as a negotiable, equity-reward
position.

We are a digital learn-to-read platform that synthesises the data recording capacity of tech with
a positive-practice approach to learning . To date our product has achieved 100% success rate
in increasing reading attainment and our product has been recognised by BESA and other
awards. We are a small team with a strong skillset and established in-house business
infrastructure which we will extend in 2026 into other learning applications.

capacity of technology and through a new approach to the learning process to empower
teachers and pupils, to create motivated, confident learners who enjoy achieving;

resources and informative assessment processes used in classrooms.
